I used to be able to get a movie sent by mail watch it and return it to the store for a new rental and in the mean time they would ship out a new movie the next day. Now they are Not shipping out a new movie until the movie you rented at the store is returned. So the longer you hold on to the Store movie the longer it will be that you do not get a new movie shipped.
As soon as I heard this I called to cancel but the rep stopped me by giving me 2 free months. I am not planing to renew on my billing date.

Oh bummer! My kids do that all the time - return a mail one to the store for a free one. Since we're on the 3-at-a-time plan, sometimes we have 6 in the house.

Yeah, I think it might be time to go back to Netflix, especially since the price is essentially the same now.
