Right now,I am in asia and it is not accessible to me, but i need to knw one thing from you and that is as this is in the law that the person can have the credit report and the credit points detail from the company without any cost and it is in the constitution and the right of the american people. So why does some companies are taking money from the customers.

Tell me if i am wrong.

You are right. The law says you can have one copy of your credit report per year from each credit reporting agency. You can get that at the link provided. I don't think your credit score is free, just the report.

So why does some companies are taking money from the customers.
The credit agencies only have to make it available which they do at the provided link. Nothing says that companies that provide a service to you must give you a free credit report. These companies are in business to make money. If you go through them to get your credit report, they have an associated cost. Unlike you, they don't get your credit report for free. Also, it is not illegal to sell what you can get for free elsewhere. It may be unwise to pay for something you can get cheaper (or free) elsewhere but not illegal.

Not true Bing ~ As long as there is an "https://" in the box above where you enter URL's & go to anyone of your "Secured" website(s) & have a great "Firewall Router" ~ the data is encrypted & would take some doing to get your information in a short period of time while you are logged-on to your "Secured" website ~ Hope this helps ~

It amazes me how the three reporting companies will have different credit scores. I don’t get (pay for) my score all the time, but I did today with Experian, and either they rate high, or I have been a very good boy.

But seriously folks, I know the scores will vary from company to company, so if you do get your score from multiple companies, it will vary to the other companies.

Your score as utilized by the lender can also vary using the info from the same credit bureau report depending on how the lender chooses to use that information. The credit score I pulled myself was higher than the one the lender ended up using with the same information from the same credit bureau. At least, that was the explanation I was given for the discrepancy in scores from the same credit bureau.
