Hotel in Rome to sleep 5?

A friend asked for some help in booking a hotel room for her family of 5 for 2 nights prior to their cruise. Does anyone have any suggestions either of a specific hotel, or website to try. I am aware that most European rooms sleep 3 at most, so understand that 2 rooms may be necessary. I did try Hotwire, but it only has one property available.
