Non Payment of Maintenance Fees on Credit Report

Does anyone know of someone that stopped paying their yearly maintenance fees and taxes and did it show up on their credit report?

I can tell you from the management side, that smaller HOA-run resorts usually have not in the past, but there is more talk of doing so. I understand that the bigger developers and some of the multi-resort management companies do make reports regularly on nonpayments.
