Is there a place in the US to get this? Required in several places on tours out of Cancun, Mexico.

It is readily available in Mexico

I am not sure if you want to purchase it for use here in the US, or are looking to get some for a future trip to Mexico. We purchased a bottle from the company we contracted for our Cancun-Playa airport shuttle, they offered it at a reduced price. It is also readily available in the Mexican shops. One bottle covered our party of six adults and seven kids when we were at Xel-Ha. It worked well...and I am very fair-skinned.

Since the US doesn't require its use, it may not have widespread availability here.

You can order it here online, thatis what I did before going to X-Caret and Xel-Ha who do check your suntan lotion/sunscreen, it was approved...

With all the restrictions on liquids when traveling by air, why would you bother with buying it here? You would have to put in your checked bag, and then if it leaks... Seems like an awful lot of trouble for very little gain.
