Today it was GMAC Mortgage refusing to give me any rate or loan cost information without a full app, including pulling credit.

I ran down the manager by phone and forwarded our email correspondence to him.

Since yesterday I have gotten three to give me information based on DP amount, Owner occupied, second home or investor.

The house we have been watching got listed yesterday and the price is what we figured it would be . . . well . . . except for the 1 they put in front of it.

There are perfectly good houses in the immediate area that have been on the market for three years at the same price, and have not sold.

I provided all of the following Fannie Mae recommended lenders with all personal information, including credit scores but excluding SSNs, needed and asked each to give me an idea of what they are offering at this time. I did not ask for pre-approval or a loan commitment.
