well I did it, I made a total Ass of my self on TV.

So I came back to my chalet in Gatlinburg (a very nice unit) and turned on the tv while I get some work done on the computer, and there is the Springer show and Big Frank. Even on vacation I see Big Frank, he is everywhere.

This is the 2 nd or 3rd rerun of that eppisod that I heard of so far.

BTW since this TV Springer spot aired. I am as of todays weigh in 67 lbs lighter. I was 72 lbs lighter but Thanksgiving can do that.

It has been a long diet not one of those fast diets. I learned how to eat and I also take Probiots and plenty of Fiber. More fruit and Veggies, Pasta and breads are all wheat hardly any starchs including wheat pan cakes, potato is sweet potato. Even my fries have to be sweet potato's. I also eat different types of fruits and veggies that have more vitamins and protein rich foods. When I have an omelet I use 1 and a half eggs which is using 1 whole egg and 1 egg white.
