Got a scare yesterday

We were driving into NJ to see our son my wife was driving and good thing she was. She complained she could not see with me there so I moved my seat around, After about a minute I got a pain in my side that felt like I was being stabbed, She pulled over and I got out in pain. I was holding my lower left abdomen just below my rib. My wife thought it was my heart. It felt like a Charley horse or some kind of muscle twist. I could barely move, Someone walked over to me and said that was my Oblique Muscle. He had me stretch a certain way which stopped the pain that was not going away. Only problem now was I could not sit in my car. I tried and the pain came right back, So I started walking, I went 2 blocks and then I laid down in the back seat. I still feel a slight pain there I am not sure if I tore the muscle or not. I took pain meds when I got home late last night and slept half the day away today.

Frank, ask the Doc if something like this could possibly be caused by the stress of potentially losing to Beags in FF this past weekend... you just never know.

Glad you are feeling better, but I'd get it checked out. If it still hurts I'd go to a walk in or an ER. Monday is a long way off.

If Dr. could not found out why, and after they put all the monitor around your body and still can not figure out why. you may want to schedule to do a heart scan just to make sure.

Don't take any chances. If the pain comes back, see a doc or get help. Please don't wait! We're thinking of you - and hoping that it's just a muscle pull or something minor.

It's probable just a pulled muscle, but do get it checked out. Glad you've got an appt.

Now wait a minute... I said 'potential' loss. I think Frank pulled it out at the end. But, there's plenty of action tonight that will determine things.
