    Hey Frank
Hope it is just a pulled muscle or spasm type pain. (Maybe from the pole on Springer)
I have found I have some weak points and when I am stressed or sick those spots will hurt
For spasms magnesium and potassium may help

Also my doc told me to use Arnica Gel on bug bites and it works on sore and injured muscles. I even got my mom to use it on her neck when it hurts. It really helps. It is homeopathic medicine. The brand I use is
    Arniflora Arnica Gel
Your local drugstore may have it the health store certainly should Amazon.com has it and so does Vitamin Shoppe.

I guess it is a good idea to rule out big problems though.

Don't hesitate to go to the doc or ER if this pain is still there.....no sense in taking chances! Be well, BF.

So Frank, are you okay or is something going to pop out as in "Aliens".

I think this is how that began.

Hey Frank, Hope you are feeling better, but, as everyone has said, if it persist in any way I would have it checked. Better to be on the safe side.

              Do you need a physiotherapist?
I had really bad pain in my neck and back recently. Thought it was something serious but it turned out the physio fixed it. Second time a physio has fixed something for me that Drs couldn't.

Frank, sorry for the pain! I have had this same problem several times and Always when riding in the car. Never when driving. I have learned to immediately raise my left arm over my head and stretch it to the rear. The pain goes away within a couple minutes. I will be really interested in what your doctor says.

Yes I got out to the doc today. I was right about which Muscle. He said it should not come back but I think he is wrong. Once you get a Charlie horse you get them every so often.

Let's hope the doc is right, and it won't come back. If it does, at least you'll know that it's nothing serious.

                              Charley Horse

Many times having charlie horse problems is a symptom of low Potassium (K).
Try eating bananas (they are rich in Potassium.

Too much potassium is not good for you. I took potassium pills (the ones pregnant women take) when I played a lot of basketball until I found that out.
Now I take Cal Mag pills and eat bananas until I start thinking about grabbing tree limbs.
