Printer/Scanner/Fax - HP or Canon? Model?

If anyone has others, please add them. I do think it should be laser as some docs printed for signature will be long and the user short on patience

I just went through this process and bought a Samsung color laser all in one with wireless capability. It was between that one and a Dell. Looking at all the specs, they were identical.

It's a bit more as an upfront cost but will save on the long run with lower toner maintenance costs.
