  • ques #2 on DVD copy

Since DVD Clone was listed as #1, that's what I bought. I can get it to read my DVD in the source drive but it doesn't ask for a target drive. However there are 3 buttons
    1- DVD to AVI
    2-DVD to MPEG
    3- DVD to SVCD

Are any of these the flash drive?

It is just asking you the format of the video file you want to create. Any would be fine, but I would suggest Mpeg.

I don't have experience with that program, but I am guessing that after you pick the format, it will eventually ask you where you want to store the resulting file. That is when you specify the flash drive, which will be listed as some drive letter, such as E:, F:, etc. -- that is total dependent on your computer. You could always create it on your C: drive, and then move it to your flash drive after it is complete.

Thanks Kurt for your reply. I did select MPEG . There is a block that tells you to put a new dvd in the source drive but it is not highlighted so you can't click the arrow or type in the target drive. No other option than dvd drive. I will have to contact the company today. Thanks for trying.

Doom9.net - The Definitive DVD Backup Resource

Half way down the page is the instruction for output. The output come up after you have selected the configuration you want in the back up.
