Need input on these two laser printers or alternative

My company is buying me a printer for the house. It needs to be fairly fast (I often need to print out 100 pages at a time) and needs to have color capability. A scanner and fax would be helpful.

They offered two printers, but the reviews on both don't seem to be great. (People are complaining about complexity...error codes going off, paper jamming, etc.) Can any experts here take a look at what they are offering and let me know if there might be a better option within that general price point?

I am generally not a really big fan of brother printers although I don't have specific experience with either of these printers the reviews do have a few negatives such as not good for high duty ncycle but get good marks for print quality.
HP printers are generally a bit better than Brother in my opinion but also usually a bit more costly. Canon and Epson are both producing some pretty good printers these days.

Over the years I've many printers, both HP and Epson, but have had 2 great HP laser printers. The first one was a real work horse and when it finally died, I replaced it with another HP. It is not quite as good as my old original one, but maybe it was a cheaper quality. If I wanted another laser, I'd go with HP.
