Film Cameras

What is everyone doing with their film cameras? I have several and not sure if I should keep them or look at other options.

I'm using mine, primarily for b&w. That includes my Minolta Maxxum 7, the Pentax Spotmatic F and the Ciro-Flex 120mm. Film just isn't the same as digital - both have their place. Helps too that I'm taking the photography certificate program at the University of Washington and have access to their darkroom

from what I heard on the news most film manufactures are no longer making film or have already stopped developing. Kodak was one that looked at other options and Seattle film works/photo works was another that just sold there costumers to snap fish. I still know people who use film but they also develop there own pics. Not sure how long that will last since both the film and the chemicals to develop are hard to come by.

Film is still readily available. Stories of its demise are greatly exaggerated I have two large stores to purchase items from locally, as well as several online options. I still see 1 hour photo developing at walgreens as well as my local one-stop grocery stores (although I do develop/print my own b&w). I think it'll be quite a while before you see 35mm go away. 120mm maybe sooner, but I have no trouble finding it now.
