I had a virus on my computer, finally cleaned it up, and my yahoo mail account format is very strange. I need to scrool very far down to see my messages, and when i send an email, I have trouble moving to the message section, here too it is necessary to scroll so far down the page that it looks like it isn't on the screen. anyhow I recall being told to click something ont he computer and it would restore to the way it used to look.

You need to quit opening emails from unknown sources and going those sites.

the warnings said it was in my software, and i opened 2011 turbo tax shortly before it went haywire.

I have quit trying to figure out what happened and how to fix everything little quirk, like the current one saying it has not saved my personal settings.

Now I just used System Restore, picking a date before the "incident".
