bought new computer from staples, had them install programs, they installed incorrect Office program. they started removing or uninstalling it at 5:30 pm. the store closed at 7. It was still uninstalling. I had to take my computer hoe, running, with instructions that if the uninstall stopped before finished it would ruin my computer. It is one am and it is still uninstalling, on step three of four where it has been for hours. I will call in morning, and probably have to make the thirty mile trip there again. problem is we have serious dr appts to deal with and are supposed to leave town on sunday is the computer really going to be ruined if the program is interrupted while uninstalling? obviously something is wrong.
