I think you can do it in itunes.
This is how I do it on my mac...
Select the song (from within itunes) highlight it.
Then select File.
Scroll down to create new version.
Itunes should convert it for you nicely.
Otherwise search google for "web based audio converter" you should be able to upload your file and it will convert it for you.
