  • Anyone ever replace there own glass on there Cell phone?

I broke it last year and I paid about $70 to fix it. I just saw a youtube video and I think I can do it myself. I just bought the glass kit for a Samsung note 2 off of Ebay for $6.50. Should I take the chance? if I goof my contrat renews Nov 1 so I have a 3 -4 month wait for a new phone if I break it more

Haven't tried it, but looks doable. We did have our Grandson's iphone fixed at a place and it never did work right for WIFI afterwards.

Hubby did the screen replacement for DS #2's tablet. As long as you are careful, pay attention to details, and do not loose the tiny screws, you are OK.

DS had a cracked bezel on his Samsung. Bought a replacement and tried to install. Ended up with a phone that had a nice bezel, but that didn't work. So had to buy new phone.

Another son shattered his bezel about nine months after he got the phone. He used clear plastic tape on teh bezel and the phone has been working OK for two yeas now. Only problem is that a lot of scanners won't read bar codes and QRs from his phone.
“Maybe you shouldn't dress like that.”

“This is a blouse and skirt. I don't know what you're talking about.”

        “You shouldn't wear that body.”
