Anyone having trouble with firefox after today's update ?

An update from a couple months ago broke my Vertical Tabs add-on... which I love! So I went back to the previous version. I get update reminders everyday.

On my 4th reload with a start in safe mode, Firefox again became usable, and now it is back in working order. I generally wait a couple of weeks before installing any upgrades to Firefox and I'm not sure how this one got by me.

I quit using Firefox a couple months ago because of problems with it. I now use Google Chrome and IE when Chrome doesn't work with some web sites. I am running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. The browsers are much different than running with XP.
