Also, they give you a 30 day trial period, I read too.
I bought Panda Internet security 2007 , I registered, it is just to buggy, will not let me launch a browser window without first responding to a popup message about iexplorer. is being hijacked. I have to respond again when closing the same window. And forget about trying to launch a link from within an open window (have to do a copy paste).

And tech support is not to be found. So tonight I uninstalled Panda and am out the cost of the three user license...unless someone at Panda wakes up and responds back to my complaint.

The last insult was the web based survey as part of the uninstall....multiple pages and would not let me skip over questions that were not applicable.

So now I am back to just the fire wall and SSID of my router looking for protection for the LAN & WLAN of my network.

The problem you are having is with the Firewall. Panda has one of the best virus protection that I know. If you had bought the Titanium or Platinum without installing the firewall then I think you might like it. Try to reinstall it without the firewall if you can.

Panda Software won't let you use two firewalls but it gives you a choice to use one or the other. I choose Panda and the program will inactivate the Microsoft firewall for you. With an earlier version, you had to do it yourself. It will not work properly with any other virus programs or pop-up blockers, or anti spy programs as you don't need them. I don't have any of the issues that you are having but I use an older version.

They also give you the choice to buy or try the software for 30 days by downloading the program from their web site.

Did you buy it from a retail store? Normally, when you buy software from a store and the package is opened, you cannot return the product. If you bought from Panda direct, I would call them and try to get a refund.

The number I gave you earlier is good for sales, customer service as well as for technical support in the USA. Here is the web page with the number:

I feel bad that you bought it on my recommendation. We have had our issues with Norton AntiVirus and did free scans with Housecall too but they didn't find the virus we had and slowed down our computer but Panda did so that's why we switched to Panda Software.
