  • REF: Pics on site

I am currently having trouble uploading pics into this site. If you can assist me, I will glady appreciate it.

Question: How to you take a picture off the internet and post in this site?

Do you have the photo on the web?

For example... the following from the government...

    http://www.whitehouse.gov/images/home-photos.jpg

    If so, just use [ img]http://www.whitehouse.gov/images/home-photos.jpg[ /img]

Without the extra spaces after the ['s to get this:

Now, if your question is bout the photoserver or using attachments please let me know...

On my classified ad I had a gif file which I planned on using but could not get it to take so I settled for a jpg that took. Do you take gif files?

Sorry, when I recoded the classifieds I had to limit them to JPG or JPEG for now...

You should be able to upload other images types in the photoserver, as attachments, etc... The classifieds are limited because of the slide show and I have not had the chance to work out how to do that with other image types (or even if it is possible)

You were trying to use a WEB page as opposed to an image file...

                Here is the image:

To get the image name, just RIGHT CLICK and go to properties... Then post the full link to the image...
