Phishing emails

In the last couple of days I've gotten a couple of emails from PayPal. I believe they are phishing emails. They are for a Dell Computer that I never ordered and shipped to someone else. I checked with PayPal and my account has been closed for a year, so they do not show any new transactions on it.

Interestingly, I just paid someone with PayPal (not my account) about 10 days ago for something. My question is, do you think that there is a connection or is it just a coincidence.

Coincidence. Forward the e-mails with full headers to: spoof@paypal.com

Thanks, I already did and they responded saying it was not from them. I also called them the first one I got which is how I found out that my account was inactive.
