Beach and www.buydig.com are sister owned. I buy from Buydig because there in NJ and I get it the next day. I have found that Buydig is the cheapest and great to deal with, but be sure to check others anyway. Use some of the site to see where your best deal is at.

I bought a fuji digital camera for my daughter this past year....
I had used the AOL shopping to find the best price at that time.
It lead me to Preferred Photo. I was very happy with the service, and quick shipping. www.preferredphoto.com
Do be carefull, because they will call to sell you some accessories after you order! I ended up getting an extra battery that I have never used.
I bought my memory card at Staples, with a rebate, for a great price.

Check around on line and look for the best price you can find. There are several sites that you can get price comparisons from several stores such as shopping.msn.com, pricegrabber.com, buyersedge.com, bestprice.com.
Wherever you purchase, check to see that they are not selling you what is called "grey market" product. These are cameras that are actually originally shipped outside the US and while they are factory new products they do not carry the US warranty. The prices are usually much cheaper and as I said they are the exact same product, but, if you have a warranty problem and try to get it fixed the warranties are not honored by Nikon USA so you need to send the camera overseas to get it repaired or sometimes you can get it repaired in th US but there is a charge for doing this. Most camera products are available thru "grey market" purchases but while I have known people who have gone this route and saved quite a lot of money I would not personally do this.ken H.,Ballston Lake, NY
