Computer error message - What do I do?

How do I take care of the following error message? TIA.

The service 'Print Spooler' is preventing the machine from entering standby. Try stopping this service and try again.

Second question. Does anyone else have problems posting photo images in a post? I believe that this happened after Java and Google were updated on this computer. I can't blame Microsoft this time.

there's only one time I had a photo appear in a post.
I followed some instructions, one time. But no matter how many time I've tried, it just doesn't happen.

I will send you the instructions, Robert. It seems to be working fine now.

What I didn't understand was that it worked with the notebook but not with this computer so I set my system back a few days and removed the problem.
