Need help creating a survey

I took the fast and easier way out and sent out my word survey. It went out late, well, late for me. I have received one back and received compliments on the form. She liked the questions and the drop down answer selections. Made it simple to use.

My problem at this time...is time. I wanted to get the survey out so I get them back before our next meeting.

I looked into survey monkey and it looks as I will be able to pick it up without too many brain hurting sessions. I think the survey monkey will work for future surveys. Had I known about it earlier, I think that is what I would have used.

Thanks everyone for suggestions. I also emailed user group leaders from California and NY and got suggestions for meetings and contacts from them, so this has been a valuable last few weeks of learning.
