I tend not to open anything I'm not 100% certain of including E-mails from family that are forwarded messages. I'm sure I miss a lot of good jokes that way but I don't have a lot of trouble with viruses or worms either. I don't even open up E-cards anymore, even if I know the sender. Now if I can just get my wife to understand this I bet she'd have a lot fewer problems with her computer.

I do the same thing...I don't open anything! Unfortunately, my mother, who lives with us, thinks nothing of clicking on any pop-up that squeezes through, no matter how many times I tell her not to.

My computer is now locked up!
