How do I set up a wireless printer network

I am using vista with an old Epson printer via the USB Hub. This used to work when I was going through my wireless router via Lpt1 hub but stopped working when we changed all the computers and had to use the USB and changed the router to the new N network. What gets me is that my wireless lap top sees my main computer and printer but does not print.
