  • Vista audio pitch

I'm now on week two of my new computer, and have run into an audio problem. Somehow I must have change something so the audio pitch or speed comes out different on recorded audio.

Does anyone have experience with this, or know how I can reset the audio?

I'm tired of listening to audio that sounds like mickey mouse.

not sure but look in your control panel for your audio card. See if it is set to
DVD quality or if you can change it to default.

I ended up reloading the audio drivers. I have no idea what happened, but even internet radio sounded really bad. Ever heard The Boss with a high pitched voice? Born to Run isn't good that way.

BTW-So far, Vista (or at least the having it on the new computer) is really amazing. I love the voice recognition program so I can dictate letters, emails and my power points. Cool
