profile picture

Not sure I am putting this in right thread, pls move if not, or advise me to move...anyway is your profile picture the picture that appears to the left of your name when looking at monitor...like I think iconnections has a cat.

If I pick a picture I would like from my pictures on my computer, will it automatically resize it, or do I have to know how to do that etc....or should I just try...

Please advise me how to do this....thanks in advance....muchas gracias...

Profile picture is a picture people will see if they click on your name to view your profile. What you are talking about is an Avatar.

Oh well when I click on yoru name I see the same picture that appears next to your name bigfrank...I'm confused...going over to computer help I guess...thanks

Well I got a picture there now, only thing I could find small enought to try, it worked, not sure it was picture profile or avatar, as when I click on my profile it shows the picture twice Oh well I'll deal with that another night...

Boy am I learning a lot, thanks to all once again...

Okay I got it......I'm learning this intensive site quickly..... only been months now!!!
