    HELP.

    Solo 9300 Assembly

What does it mean by: "tart by moving the locking sliders located at the bottom of the keyboard up. There are five and they are located as shown. After they are moved up the keyboard lifts up and moves away. It is connected by two (three, if it uses the stickpoint) cables."

I see the things they are talking about, but I can not figure out how to move them at all.

    Thanks

They don't slide toward the top of the keyboard? Are we on Step 1? Do you need to use a little tool like a nail file (gently)?

I tried a paper clip and tried pushing side to side, but they have not moved at all. Yes, step one.
      Thanks

Shouldn't you be moving them top to bottom, not side to side?

I found this, which is probably what you're looking at, too. Maybe you need something stronger and less flexible than a paper clip?

Yep, I had found that site also. That is where I got the idea of a paperclip.

why do these things have to be so difficult?

I dunno. Those steps are pretty daunting. I can't even see the sliders in the pictures!
