What are the requirements(processor speed,RAM,etc) to watch TV on a computer ? I seem to have buffering problems watching TV shows, but not watching basketball on ESPN 360.

I have been using the Hauppauge HD 1600 PCI TV tuner for a couple of years now. When I first got it, it was a real hog on my computer. I have since updated my computer to a dual core CPU (AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400) with a PCI express video card (NVidia GForce 7300 GT w/512M memory). It has made a huge difference. Now I can record an HD program and watch one at the same time without freezing my processor/OS. The only problem is a one hour HD program takes at least 6 GB on the disk. I bought a Seagate 1.5 TB disk from TigerDirect for $140. Now I have plenty of room.
