Last week my speakers didn't work for 2 days. I went thru the check all connections, unplug and replug all connections, turn computer off then on and the next day my speakers worked again.
Yesterday , no sound again. When I played one of my computer games (with speakers off) I get a message that the game did not recognize my sound card. How can I know if it is a speaker problem or a sound card problem? If sound card, is that something I could replace myself or do I have to take it to Staples (or other)? TIA
