The rate cut is small but places deposit rates in the ecb into negative territory. Was .15 and now .05.

The new ecb rates are Deposits -0.20% , Refianance +0.05% Lending +0.30%

More good news for mortgage holders here ...many are on Tracker Mortgages are now paying almost half the original monthly repayments
