Markets in meltdown

I called my broker and said enough is enough . After loosing 30K I called him and told him to sell it all.He sold it all except my *** stock and altho it lost some it's back up around 73 . I bought it at 10.. I don't feel good about the economic status right now. I'm not sure what to do. He didn't want to sell it but I told him we could buy it back.
