I have always managed to snag President's Week. Sundance also available if you call a year ahead. Resort allows internal banking forward 1 year so you can get two units the following year. MF's ($450) are current and paid through 2010, usage and MFs begin 2011 so you can book this winter for 2011 dates. Dual affiliation - II and RCI. Walking distance to Prospector Square (Blind Dog Cafe and some others), free resort shuttle on demand to Park City Mountain resort and town, grocery, etc...
Unit has partial kitchen,living room w/ murphy bed that converts to sofa. Rents through resort at about $200/night tax included. Resort has indoor pool and hot tub, ping pong, games, Wifi and free coffee in lobby, weight room and the free shuttle.. check the website at Park Plaza Resort
