  • Oasis Lakes Orlando 2 Weeks for $1

We are fully paid up owners of weeks 15 and 16 in a superior apartment (sleeps up to 8 adults) at Oasis Lakes Orlando (very close to Disney). The luxury 4th floor apartment overlooks Lake Eve and is part of the original resort phase which has since been renamed "The Fountains" These apartments are of a higher quality standard that the latter resort phases.
Our children are now grown up and flights costs from the UK together with annual maintenance fees make the holiday less viable for us.
We originally paid $28k back in 1999 and may accept an offer that covers the transfer of ownership costs. The timeshare is also up for sale with TimesharesOnly who are also based in International Drive and they will oversee all the relevant details of the transfer.
This is a genuine private sale and you never know.....you might own 2 weeks for life in this fabulous resort for as little as $1 plus transfer costs.

I moved this thread to the "freebies" section where it's more appropriate.

This is a great deal! The Oasis Lakes phase is still incredibly popular with owners from the UK (many of who converted to Bluegreen points and now regret it!)..

I also wanted to clarify that I did not see a $1. ad for this resort on the Timeshares Only site. The lowest priced ad I saw was asking $1,000 for a week 13. You may want to call and find out why your ad isn't showing (or perhaps it's not priced at $1 on there yet) and be sure the resort shows as Oasis Lakes- not the Fountains. Oasis Lakes has a better niche market.

Finally, Timeshares Only is not a closing agent- just an advertising site. Whoever takes these weeks will want to choose a closing agent who handles Florida transactions.. There are PLENTY to choose from!
