    Lodge Alley Inn Charleston SC

I have a unit in Charleston SC at the Lodge Alley Inn.
Fees are around $400.00 per year
not sure what the transfer fees are.
This is a bi-annual point thing.. I get 4000 points a year or 8000 every other year.
There is NO mortgage on this and your only cost will be the fees to transfer.

FREE TS - one week - pay only cost to transfer ownership

I have one week (37) TS at Orange Lake Resorts in Kissimmee, Florida, right next to Disney World. It is a two bedroom villa (Mstrbdrm - king size bed, 2nd bdrm - two queen size beds), a sleeper sofa in living room, two full bathrooms, washer / dryer, dishwasher, completely furnished except for food. I have owned it for 10 years and do not want anymore. My family and I have been using our TS over the years but do not have a need for it anymore. We have really enjoyed our times there and have witnessed Orange Lake grow over the years and it is still growing. It was great for our family. There is a great 18 whole golf course, pools and the "lazy river", club house, fitness rooms with cardio and free weights, and much more. Not to mention all of the attractions around Orange Lake! My TS is paid for in full and the annual maintenance fees are approximately $780. We used to belong to RCI but we are no longer affiliated. If you are interested or know someone who is, please PM me. Wishing you well.

Free! Sheraton broadway plantation 1 bedroom premium summer week

Sheraton Broadway Plantation Myrtle Beach, SC. 1 bedroom 1 bath premium unit, 845 sq ft every other year odd usage starting 2013.

Deeded as Week 40, Unit 1021, floats 9-43, 47. Fees next due in January 2012 and are $453 for one half of the 2013 usage. Starwood preference in Interval, or can trade with RCI.

Buyer to pay closing costs - should be about $130 if we use Ready Legal (or we should be able to do it ourselves for about $10, which I would cover).
