Great deal....sure beats those outfits that want you to pay them to get rid of your timeshare.

I have one free if that is really possible. Everything i searched says it costs to unload. I have one that my family adn i can no longer use. Every time i think i find a solution i find a post in your forum that explains the catch or scam with that company. (Which i thank you all for!) Even the donation companies scare me.

Vacation Village of Weston Week 31, two unit lockout
      RCI weeks.
      Mortgage paid in full
Taxes and fees for 2011 paid in full

If someone else can truly put it to good use let me know.

Please list the maintenance fees in case someone out there is considering this. Thank you for posting it. Many of our members have given away timeshares for free. Also, if you know if there are resort transfer fees, please list that also.

Mantanence fees and taxes were $843. There are paid in full for 2011

I believe transfer fee is $200. I left it written down at work.

It is a lockout unit so it gets me two weeks a year.

Hilton Grand Vacation Club 7000 points

We have a HGVC Timeshare that we want to sell. The 7000 points (per year) are good at any of their clubs or can be exchanged in the RCI Network. You can also use the points for cruises and other options. The MF are paid in full for this year, 2011. The fees are about $995 annually. You can also put points into the Hilton Honors Club. Let me know if you are inerested. We have onlu owned it for 2 years. Thanks!

I have a timeshare that I am willing to give away for free. If anyone is interested I can call for the transfer of ownership fee. (I did know once upon a time but forgot, it's been so long.)

It's a Bluegreen/RCI property. The address they gave us on the deed is in Boyne Falls, MI but we have never been to that resort. The timeshare is good all over the country in many cities and also Aruba.

-5,000 pts a year, they rollover for one year. Currently 10,000 points are banked.
-Can be used any time of the year
-Unlimited bonus nights (this is if you are out of points or want to save them you can call up to 60 days in advance and book a hotel/condo for as little as $39/night, depending how many bedrooms you want I believe)
-There are 2 bills we receive annually - one is $129, I have no idea what for...the annual maintenance fees are $550. They are current and the timeshare is, of course, paid off.

Any additional questions please PM or email me

Free Timeshare - Sand Castle South, Myrtle Beach, SC

Here's another free one. Ours is a studio at the Sand Castle South in Myrtle Beach, SC. The resort is very nice actually, we just don't plan far enough ahead to get good use out of it.

-You get 42,000 RCI points a year (which is enough to get just about anything you want )
-We also have 84,000 additional points banked that I'll try to get transferred to you.
-The maintenance fees are $442/year, and the title is free & clear.
-Our resort charges a $175 transfer fee.

Please let me know if you are interested!
