Free - Week 28 Inn of Silvercreek. Prime summer 1 bedroom loft will sleep 8. Unit faces the mountain. This can be exchanged internally, Through RCI or Interval, Trading Places or any of the other independents.

No cost to transfer and maintenance fees are due July 1, 2010. 2010 week is available. Maintenance fees are $575

Wish I was closer - what a nice place! BTW - Since it sleeps 8, does that mean there is are two sleeper sofas plus the loft and the bedroom? Does it have one or two bathrooms? Thanks for your offer. Hopefully someone can take it off your hands soon!

It has 2 bathrooms. Murphey bed and sofa bed in living room, queen bed in loft and queen or king in bedroom (I can't remember which)

Granby is a very nice loctation for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. If we didn't already own more timeshare weeks/points than we could use, this would be an attractive offer. Someone who enjoys the mountains in the summertime would be very pleased with this offer.

Still hoping to find a taker. I have not deposited this years week but need to make a decision soon. If anyone is interested, let me know. It is dual affiliated so you can deposit with Interval , RCI or the independents.
