Floating Time at Lake Tahoe's Americana Resort are Ski weeks 1-14, Summer time weeks 22-37 and Xmas and New Years Holiday weeks 50-52.
We will pay all closing costs and include the 2010 week (can be used at resort or deposited in RCI) and the 2009 week previously deposited in RCI.
Annual Fees are $645 Studio Unit sleeps four
