I just want to add, that this is a legitimate offer to TS4ms members (and Tug members) only!

This unit is a great unit if you want to catch some wonderful skiing at Vail at the near end of season. This year all trails were open well past this year's week 15. The location is very convenient to the trails via shuttle from the resort. The fireplace and other amenties and ambience make for a great finish to a day of skiing.

I am offering this timeshare as a free offer to friends of TS4ms or TUG. We are offering this timeshare because we have spent over 20 plus years using TS's and have pretty much exhausted our adventures in TS'ing. We have several timeshares left, and do not need this one anymore.

It has traded really well within both RCI and II systems. For the most part, trading the unit is the frequent way that we have used the week.

The quarterly MF schedule has helped us spread the fees out over the year, unlike many TS's which require payment all at once, annually.

So, if you have any interest, are curious about the unit, please feel free to contact me....Caveat: ...however, if you are an agent, seeking to make your company some upfront fee, or are acting on behalf of the realty companies or post card companies, please, refrain from trying to contact me, because it will be futile ... do not, I repeat, do not waste your time. To update:

This unit is still available.

We received a special assessment bill for the repair to the pool roof, and we have paid both this year and next year's assessment.

The management has reported that several projects have been completed, but the most productive one was the replacement of shower heads in all units. This was a major complaint of visitors: hot water was not consistent....now, with the replacement, the hot water is not an issue.

This unit will be available as a free offer until August 12, and then we will deposit it and use it.

Week 15 1 BR unit sleeps 6, at Vail Run is available as a free transfer of fixed deeded ownership to interested TS4ms or friend of TS4ms.

Your ownership will start with 2012. This is a good spring break week in 2012.

There are no special assessments. The quarterly MF is about 174. per quarter.

Trades well in both RCI and II.
