$129 CD's due in Feb. 2010 is paid.
Deed is for weeks 43 & 41 in Casa Del Mar

Now, we owe $3,000 on the mortgage but are in the process of requesting a payoff and it should be paid within a week or two.

Based on your post here and a previous post, it looks like you are trying to acquire a "free" TS. Though the deal may sound enticing, be aware that even free TSs come with baggage. There are yearly MFs, which have escalated over the past several years (hence the reason some people are dumping their TS). Some have special assessments. The "free" TS may be for an off-season week, and a time which you don't want to go. Depending upon what you own, you also may have little trading value for II, RCI or other exchange companies. Read as much as you can before making a purchase. I am not trying to discourage you, as I am a very happy TS owner. However, you don't want to put yourself into getting something you can't use and are saddled with annual MFs.
