Free Christy Lodge Timeshare. Ski week, can be used any time throughout the year except Christmas/New Years. Excellent location for Vail/Beaver Creek. Units have been recently re-done to Vail Valley Gold Standard: queen size sofa bed, child sized single bed and queen size bed. Christie Lodge in Avon, Colorado

All maintenance fees are current.

March 19, 2011, week 12, is the currently reserved week. I just called to check, and it's not too late to reserve March 12th, 2011, which is the other "big week" for 2011.

Maintenance fees are paid twice a year (or all at once if you want): Jan. and July. Both Jan. and July are paid for this year. The payment is $316.00 in Jan. and $316.00 in July.

I forgot to mention that owners can use 12 bonus nights a year and the rental rates are greatly reduced--great way to go to summer programs in Vail and not use your week.
