Maintenance fees of $635 have been paid in full for 2010.
Cost to record deed with the state is $75, and resort transfer fee is $32.

Seems to me that since the cost of the deed and the transfer was mentioned that is a change of ownership offered.

Sorry if I was not clear. I am giving the week away. However The recipient is responsible for closing costs. Massachusetts gets a $75 recording fee and Defender Resorts, the management company, charges $32.

I posted my response late at night and I realize that I didn't really answer the first question. So I will try again.

We are giving away a lease to unit W7. The lease expires in 2079.

The new owner will have use starting in 2010 but will not have to pay maintenance fees until 2011.
