FREE: Gold crown resort, Summer Bay Orlando
I no longer need this week since I own two weeks at the same resort:
1 bedroom condo sleeps 4. 6 miles off Disney world.
Deeded Annual usage week. All fees up to date, usage will begin for the 2011 use year.
Floating week 1 to 6, 8-9, 16 to 23, 35 to 50 (This include easter some years, first two weeks in june and thanksgiving among others high demand weeks)
This is a great resort and could be yours FREE. It exchange with RCI and the independents. It qualify with SFX exchange company and get advantage of all of their promos. For the last three times I have exchange this resort for two bedrooms at HGVC resorts in Orlando using SFX platinum membership. (Always refer to their terms).
Maintenance fees for this year were $578 including taxes.
Closing will be pay by the buyer and can be done for about only 100 using Timetravel traders transfer and a 50 dollars resort transfer fee.
Summer bay owners also have day use at the resort. RCI 1 in 4 rule don't apply to owners trading back to the resort, giving you the ability to trade up including the houses at summer bay( IF AVAILABLE). I will be happy to answer any question. Thanks
