This unit floats (white time).

This unit is a 2 bedroom lockoff that splits into a 1 bedroom and a studio. 1 week banked at RCI that is available to transfer with the unit ownership.

Will split cost to transfer with new owner 50/50.

Paid in Full, clear title, 2010 Maint fees have been paid.

A beautiful resort in the middle of no where we loved visiting. If you just want beauty, relaxation and some core resort features to enjoy this is a great place. However it is limited "in season", it is easy to get except for the true 6-10 prime weeks so paying much for annual fees can quickly undo the value. Hopefully someone will find it a value to them (if we were closer I'd LOVE to have it s an option for 6-8 weekends a year to kick back & enjoy) and make use of this offer. It is a marvelous resort.

We loved there sister horseshoe resort more since the spa was there and the snow tubing and restaurants were at Horseshoe, I will say cattiage hills rooms were new when we were there but I did find the resort needed some more amenites.

Yes, this is the one in Barrie Ontario. The maint fees for 2010 were 855 Canadian. I don't know what the 2011 are yet, my understanding is that the notice will be out soon.

The 2011 maint fees are 940 canadian
