Westgage Lakes 3br lockout inquiry

Have a few questions about your timeshare at Westgage Lakes.

Being an odd week I assume new owner will be able to take posession week 40 2011, what is checkin date on this unit (friday, saturday, sunday)?

Are ownership/maintenance fees due annually or semi annually and approximately how much?

Can you please give us some idea of the accommidations in this unit? Do both masters have whirlpool tubs? Is this a 2br/studio lockout or a 2br/1br lockout with two kitchens? Which unit is this and in what building?
