Not sure exactly. I was honest about everything and I know they did their research. We talked for a few weeks and they seemed excited. In the end they decided to pass for now even though I still think there was some interest. Fair enough. I told them from the beginning I wanted them to be comfortable with everything.

I guess scare them off was not the best choice of words on my part in the earlier post. Out of respect for them I wanted to give them the chance to discuss first. THey found me through this site and seeing me still discuss it I thought might worry them that i might not come through with my promise to them.
