  • FREE - Inverness At Walden - Phase II

I have a week 26 two bdr at Inverness at Walden - Phase II that has treated my well that is free to anyone who wants it. We just bought at Carlsbad Inn so we don't need this one so much any more.

If Hawaii interests you, this unit will get you there every year using HTSE.

I have traded it for Carlsbad Inn, Grand Pacific Palisades and Lawai Beach Resort with Hawaii Timeshare Exchange.

I have traded it for Kaanapali Beach Club with Interval using an ongoing search. It matched a year before check-in. If you check the Interval Trade Demand index for the area, weeks 26 and 27 are at the top of the scale. Week 26 is 4th of July week about half the time.

Closing costs are $150 for a quit claim deed handled by the resort's management company.

    MF's are just under $500.

First use is 2012 unless you want to reimburse my 2011 mf's and pay whatever Interval charges for a transfer of the 2011 unit to your II account.

What a generous offer - I have heard from many that this trades very well in II - does II offer you a AC/Bonus week with deposit?

I had one that served me well in II, too. Worked great bc it saw the bulk deposits from high end (Westin Mission Hills, for example) but also saw the "standard" stuff in II that the rated resorts don't see. It used to get an A/C but under II's new stingy A/C policies I don't think it does, and if it did the A/C would likely not be worth much.

I have also been happy with my ownership(s) here.
The management company has been easy and friendly to deal with and I have received some surprisingly good trades.

              Free - Inverness at Walden - 1BR Week 26

I am doing some realigning of our timeshares and am offering a 1BR week 26 unit for free. All 2011 maintenance fees and assessment have been paid. First year of usage would be 2012. Buyer would be responsible for 2012 MFs and transfer costs.

This has been a great trader for me in II and with Trading Places. With II, I have used it to trade for a Westin Kaanapali 1BR, Hyatt Wild Oak 2BR, Marriott NCV 2BR and DVC 1BR (when they were with II). I have also used to it to trade into Wyndham Waikiki Beach Walk with TPI. MFs are low at $443 per year.

If interested, please send PM or email.
