I have a RCI points Timeshare I am looking to give away.
Unit is 100% paid for.
Property is Royal Floridian in Ormond Beach FL (Basically Daytona)
The unit itself is a 2br lockout.
Come with 54,200 points a year
2011 Assessments are $542 and are due 2/28/11
2010 Taxes are $101 also due 2/28/11.
I have never sold/transferred a TS, so I will leave that part up to whoever wants it just cover the recording fee's.
The place is nice, but I now own a condo in Southwest FL, so I do not need this.

The unit is technically deeded as unit 613A Week 31, but is part of RCI Points.
I have paid the 2011 dues, but there is a $600 special assessment hitting in May. I will pay that if you cover the transfer costs.
I have also terminated my RCI membership, so you will need to establish an account with them to use the TS outside of the Royal Floridian.
If you want the TS send me an email, and we can figure out how to get it transferred.
