Due to a change in our financial situation, I am looking to give away a great summer week at Foxrun. It trades very well in II. It can also trade in RCI, but I am not sure of the number of TPUs it receives. As a VRI resort, you can also use their internal system. The MF are $645, and you would have 2011 use. I can do the deed prep, so the only cost would be the recording and resort fee, both of which are nominal, but I don't know the exact amount. Please contact me via email with any interest!

I have been an owner at this resort and Fairway of the Mountains for 7 years and a week 23 is a GREAT trader in II and every year since 2001 has gotten an accommodation certificate from II.

Foxrun week 23 still available

Great trader, but my circumstances have changed, and we are traveling less. I will handle the closing and fees. I might also be open to a trade. I would like an EOY unit in RCI points or weeks. I am looking fro good ratio of points or TPU to fees, and not Orlando based.
